Regarding the possible implementation of a double Hoy No Circula, it is reported that this event will not occur this Thursday, as no significant problems with ozone particles have been detected, nor has any alert been issued for poor air quality conditions by the Environmental Commission of the Megalopolis (CAMe).
It is important to remember that the Hoy No Circula program is activated only in the event of an environmental contingency to reduce pollution levels in the atmosphere.
Vehicles that are allowed to circulate this Thursday, March 13, include: - Electric and hybrid cars, as well as vehicles with ecological plates or exempt hologram. - Vehicles with hologram "00" or "0". - Private cars used by health sector workers, paramedics, and administrative staff with valid ID, along with ambulances. - School and staff transportation vehicles, as well as those used for funerals and funeral services with valid verification hologram. - Cars for people with disabilities with the Permit to exempt from Hoy No Circula. - Vehicles identified as public passenger and tourism services (vans, microbuses, buses, or trucks) with federal or local plates that meet current verification standards. - Motorcycles and cars with a valid Tourist Pass or permit granted by the Ministry of the Environment. - Vehicles with pink, blue, yellow, and red stickers.
